TIGERRS

Youth Programs

We facilitate regular social gatherings where youth come up with activities; trans and intersex adults make them happen, out in the community and in our program space. Always free, always accessible, always fun.

Little TIGERRS

Little TIGERRS is a monthly playgroup for transgender, intersex, gender-expansive and gender questioning kids (ages 5 – 12) and their families. Meetings are held the fourth Sunday of the month from 10:30am – 12pm.

Typical activities:

  • Air dry and polymer clay
  • Watercolor/henna
  • Cookie baking
  • Yarn arts
  • Embroidery

Tween TIGERRS

Tween TIGERRS is a monthly social gathering for transgender, intersex, gender-expansive and gender questioning tweens (ages 11 – 13) to build community, access support and just hang out. Meetings are held the Second Sunday of the month from 10:30am – 12pm.

  • Jewelry making and perler beading
  • Air dry and polymer clay
  • Spa basket making
  • Cookie baking
  • Yarn arts
  • Embroidery
  • Wood burning

Teen TIGERRS

Teen TIGERRS is a weekly social gathering where transgender, intersex, gender-expansive and gender questioning youth (ages 13 – 19) get together, build community, access support and resources and just vibe. In addition, there is a private, moderated, discord server for everyone to connect outside of meetings. Teen TIGERRS offers an affirming and uplifting space for teens to explore their gender, test out a new name or try different pronouns. 

Teen TIGERRS meets from 12:30 – 3pm on Sundays. The first week of the month is an online meeting, the second and fourth weeks are in person meetings and the third and fifth weeks are outings. All activities are youth driven with adult facilitation.
